How long does it take to redecorate a typical room?
The average consultation takes about 2 to 4 hours per room, which can vary depending upon the size of the space, the amount of furnishings in the room, and the scope of the changes you are looking to make. We generally book only one client per day to ensure we have adequate time
to address all your needs.
Will I be asked to leave my home while you work?
Absolutely not! This is not like some of those made-for-television design shows. You will be involved in the entire process from start to finish. That is the only way we can insure the final plan meets all your needs. We believe in educating our clients so that all their questions are answered and they feel empowered to make the correct decorating decisions for their homes.
We are relocating and not sure how our old furniture
will look in our new home. Should we call you now,
or wait until we move?
The best time to call is now! Why pay to move furniture that you can't use in your new home? Moving is the perfect time to pare down what you no longer need. Whether you are relocating to a larger home, or downsizing to a smaller one, we can show you how to use what you have in your new space. We can even help you blend two existing households!
We visit both residences so we can advise you on how your present furniture can be arranged, discuss any new purchases you may contemplate and help you choose paint colors, which type of flooring or carpet to install, the type of lighting you will need-a whole array of knowledge so you can make these changes before you even move in!
Can you help me furnish and decorate an empty room?
Certainly! We can advise you on what furnishings to buy, what colors to use, what lighting, window treatments and flooring you will need, and the perfect accessories to finish your space. We cover every design element from floor to ceiling.
We can also relieve much of the stress related to renovation and new construction projects. Let us help with the decision making regarding cabinetry, hardware, tile, carpeting, flooring, etc. Call for details!
I am just not confident in my decorating decision-making. What if I need more help after you leave?
Don't worry, we will make sure all your questions are answered. If you are not sure about something, we are only a phone call or email away. We would much rather you ask a question than make an expensive mistake!
